It’s my hope that you found some ideas to apply from the chapters contained within this book. There is nothing particularly groundbreaking in the ideas, but rather I think what is unique is this type of thinking specifically as a designer.
Focus on providing value, always remember that design is a service, stay late with developers, love your co-workers, output is more important than process, tenacity not talent, be kind, etc.
Rather than the ideas being novel in and of themselves, I think the benefit of them here lies in applying them as a designer in all of your future opportunities. In doing so it’s my firmly held belief that more and more opportunities will come to you.
It is an amazing time to be a designer, and the industry continues to grow and thrive. You have a real opportunity to create the career you’ve always wanted, and I hope this book provides some help.
Cheers to your career and all you can achieve.
